Shweta says that this vegetable does not require much oil and spices, nor does it have to be fried much. Minimum spices are used in this vegetable. First wash it well in water and fry it in light oil for 10 minutes on a low flame after applying cumin or mustard seeds. Then add turmeric, salt, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and let it cook well for 15 minutes, just after this the Bhujia of Banskarail is ready. If you want to make its vegetable, then make it in mustard spice.
